You have no more than three downloads for this file to prevent unlawful sharing of said design.

You Must:

Not resell, share, or edit this design in anyway.

When marketing this design, you must watermark the image (at least 45% of it should have a visible watermark).

If selling transfers, making fabric, using a print-on-demand site, etc. you must purchase the relevant license. You do not need a license per design. One license relevant to its usage is good for all designs for that year. New licenses must be purchased for the new year if you continue selling any designs.
